Third Sentence Thursday is a weekly meme hosted by Sniffly Kitty's Mostly Books for treating third sentences with the dignity they deserve!
This week's theme is Third Sentence Review.
1) Take the book you are reading now and post the third sentence
2) Review this sentence anyway you want (funny and silly reviews encouraged)
3) Post a link to your sentence here or if you don't have a blog, just post it in the comments!
4) Prepare for next week's theme: To be announced
My Third Sentence for this week is from True Confessions of a Hollywood Starlet by Lola Douglas:
"This is supposed to be fun, not the Spanish Inquisition."

Review: At this point, our protagonist Morgan, a.k.a. Claudia was being bombarded by questions and a girl she did not like much came in to her rescue. I though it was getting really catty with the questions and was actually as relieved as Morgan/Claudia when it was interrupted. Most times, when you're with a different set of people, the curiosity gets the better of them that more often than not, they forget their manners and just dive in to ask really uncomfortable questions. And most times too, you're already in a panic that you really have no power anymore to put a stop to it so it's really good to have someone step in for you and make them stop.
hi Nina! sometimes i get caught in those situations too and it's really a bummer when you're all alone with no one to rescue you! i could use that sentence though & i'm filing it away just in case lol! thanks for sharing. here's mine:
